Do not attempt to bypass this security measure by creating a new account with the same email; we will merge duplicate accounts and may delay your access during the process.

Password reset on evo888

If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login form. Enter your username or email address. We will send a password-reset email to the address associated with your account. Open that email and click the reset link; it will take you to a form where you can enter a new password. Your new password must be at least eight characters long and contain a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Once you have set your new password, return to the login form and sign in with your username and the new password. Your old password will no longer work.

If you do not receive a password-reset email after five minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact our support team. Do not try to reset your password multiple times in succession; this may trigger a security hold on your account. If you are unable to access the email address registered with your account, you will need to verify your identity through alternative means. Contact our support team with your username and a request to recover your account; we will ask you to provide your national identity document number and other account details to confirm your identity before we proceed.
